Interaction Institute for Social Change

About the Interaction Institute for Social Change (IISC) The Interaction Institute for Social Change (IISC), a nonprofit organisation founded in 1993, provides training, partnership building, coaching, and facilitation services. We were created by Interaction Associates (IA), a private sector firm that broke new ground with the creation of a methodology around neutral facilitation and collaborative problem solving. The IISC Ireland office was opened in Belfast in 2005. The mission of IISC is to ignite and sustain social transformation, catalyse collaborative action and build collaborative skill to bring alive our vision of a just and sustainable world. We accomplish this by providing training, facilitation, consulting, coaching and network-building services designed to transform communities and organisations and build the capacity of leaders of social change.
