Youth Project Worker (Children and Youth Service)

As a key member of the C&YP service you will be responsible for the support, enhancement and the development of young people and their families who have sustained an acquired brain injury.  To promote social participation, social and emotional wellbeing and age appropriate independence.  To develop, design and facilitate a peer mentoring programme alongside the Southern Trust Community Brain injury Team and provide family based support to young people and their family.
