Youth Development Officer

Belfast

£25,696 - £30,428 (to be pro-rated)

21 hours per week

1 year fixed term contract 

 

Are you passionate about promoting independence, providing positive opportunities for children and young people and making a difference?

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join our Belfast based team. You will work across Northern Ireland to engage deaf children and young people directly in our programmes and participation activities. You will also work with professionals and mainstream youth organisations to increase deaf awareness and improve accessibility for deaf young people. During the year you will collect views and opinions to help shape our service offer and inform future funding applications.
