Wheels 2 Wellbeing Project Coordinator

We are looking for an individual who is committed, enthusiastic and self-motivated to join our team. This exciting new role will offer a unique opportunity to promote the development of projects that will help to meet the needs of marginalized and socially excluded communities within the North Coast Transport areas.  We aim to bring down barriers to accessing suitable transport for those living in isolation especially vulnerable adults and the older people in our communities and look to develop actions and opportunities to promote social inclusion and future sustainability.  They will develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the co-ordination and effective delivery of proposed actions and ensure an effective, efficient and quality service for our users.
