This role will deliver the Volunteer Development programme within the Dun Uladh and Ulster CCE Strategic plan.
The role will create a strategic focus for volunteering recruitment and retention as well as developing new volunteering opportunities thus increasing the number and contribution of volunteers across Comhaltas in Ulster, making Comhaltas a best practice model of volunteering in the province.
It will also support in the development of a high-quality volunteer experience for all those who choose to give their time to Comhaltas.
The role will be based in our regional office, Dún Uladh in Omagh but will necessitate travel across Ulster.
