VOLUNTEER WITH BELFAST CITY MARATHON - Sunday 3rd May 2020

This year Cancer Focus NI is the official charity partner for the Belfast City Marathon which takes place on Sunday 3rd May 2020. They are looking for volunteers to join us along the route at our cheering and water stations and also in The Charity Village at the end of the race. There will be eleven cheering stations and three water stations and they need 10-15 volunteers at each so this would be a great opportunity to get a group of family, friends or work colleagues together and volunteer. It will be a fun day and a good opportunity to get involved in this huge event.To register or for more information email [email protected].

All the money raised will stay in Northern Ireland and will fund a new research project looking at the treatment of oesophageal and pancreatic cancer – two cancers which at present have very low survival rates.
