Volunteer With Action Mental Health At The Granite Challenge Charity Cycle!

Action Mental Health’s annual 55 mile cycle is coming up on Sunday 6th October 2019. The event, now in its 8th year attracts over 300 elite cyclists from across Northern Ireland. Starting in the cathedral town of Downpatrick and traveling to the Mourne Mountains. Proceeds from the event will go to support the charity’s Men’s Shed project which helps men over the age of 50.
Action Mental Health is calling for volunteers to help with registration, marshaling and serving tea, coffee and tray bakes. Opportunities are available at Downpatrick, and Spelga Dam.
