Vocational Employment Co-ordinator

The organisation was established in 2002 and has had a significant impact on the lives of thousands of people by supporting them to secure and sustain paid job opportunities through our dedicated employment and training team. Verve is our award winning employment and training project funded through European Social Fund (2018-2022), Department for Communities and respective match funders.

We are delighted to be recruiting for a new addition to our dynamic and innovative Employment Team. The Vocational Employment Co-ordinator will focus particularly on achieving high levels of success in securing paid employment for NOW Group Academy participants. The post holder will initiate and develop strong links with a range of employers to secure employment opportunities for NOW participants and will develop labour market knowledge to identify relevant occupational areas to support the development of future academies. The successful candidate will be extremely self-motivated, target driven and be able to work across NI as required.
