Ely Centre seek an experienced Administrator for Veteran's Health and Wellbeing Services. Project part of the Armed Forces Covenant Trust – Serious Stress Programme which seeks to improve health and wellbeing services for veterans and their families

The Health & Wellbeing Administrator will support staff working directly with individual veterans and their families in the target area, in a pro-active and innovative way, to deliver and facilitate engagement with services and activities within the statutory, community and voluntary sector in keeping with their needs.

Personal Support and Interaction with Victims and Survivors

 

•          To provide a first point of contact for clients seeking support and services.

•          To direct and refer to appropriate services dependent upon individual need.

•          To interact with clients all concerns and issues respectfully, confidentially and appropriately.

 

Administration

 

•          Carry out reception duties including meeting and greeting all visitors to             Brooke House.

•          Provide administrative support to the management team in an efficient and effective manner.

•          Manage diaries and arrange appointments when required.

•          Respond to telephone and email enquiries from all stakeholders in an efficient and effective manner.

•          Attend and take minutes at meetings and conferences.

•          Issue correspondence, carry out filing and general office duties.

 

Monitoring and Evaluation of Beneficiaries

 

•          To monitor beneficiary data including service uptake, outputs and             outcomes, and beneficiary details;

•          To record monitoring and evaluation tools as required

•          To complete monitoring and evaluation documentation and returns in line with specified requirements.

 

Organisational Development

 

•          To engage in processes and activities to further the stated objectives of the organisation.

•          To build relationships with statutory agencies, funding bodies and other             service providers to develop referral services, networking and developmental opportunities.
