Due to continued expansion of our training services we are recruiting a new Training Director post. Transport Training Services, is a social enterprise based at a newly constructed training centre at Nutts Corner.

This new Training Director post will lead in the development and operation of all training services within TTS including training and skills development in our Automotive, Driver Training and Management Operative areas. The post holder will have a key leadership role in a growing business and will ensure our training is delivered within our high quality standards and continues to meet the varied needs of our diverse customer base.

This is an important role in the growth of our business and will make a difference to the careers of over 2000 learners each year. The successful candidate will have an industry related higher-level qualification or membership by examination of a transport or motor industry professional body and 3 years of experience of leadership in a learning environment with a significantly sized team. 

Salary £38,000 + Pension + Car allowance.
