Bryson Recycling requires a;

Training & Development Officer

(Ref: R/TDO/M/22)

Permanent Position

40 hours per week

£30,000 - £32,999 (depending on experience)

Mallusk

Job Purpose:

To develop, design, maintain and deliver a comprehensive in-house Learning & Development service for Bryson Recycling

Essential Criteria:

• A 3rd level qualification in a relevant subject and at least 2 years relevant experience

OR

• 5 GCSEs and at least 4 years’ full-time experience (or part time equivalent)

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience of working with Litmos and E-Learning packages is desirable
