Working with the Training and Development team to develop and deliver a range of training courses and conferences. This is a part-time post, 20 hours per week.

The Training and Development Officer will:

- assist the Director of Development to research and identify the needs of people with Autism in Northern Ireland, developing appropriate services to meet those needs.

- identify resources to support agreed projects

- actively liaise with statutory and voluntary agencies to achieve those aims

- assist the Director of Development by securing contracts, designing, managing and delivering on service models’ courses and securing accreditation of services and training
