Qualifications / Experience
· EITHER hold a Level 3 or above qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, Administration, IT) PLUS have a minimum of two years’ recent experience of
working in administrative setting OR Have a minimum of four years’ recent experience working in an administrative setting.
· English GCSE at Grade C or above, OR Essential Skills level 2 (or higher) in Communication, or equivalent.
· Maths GCSE at Grade C or above, OR Essential Skills level 2 (or higher) in Numeracy, or equivalent.
· Recent experience in the use of ICT (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Outlook, databases, Internet applications).
· Demonstrable experience of managing complex data sets and identifying and taking corrective action.
· Experience of working with others and in teams to deliver successful outcomes.
