Victoria Housing Estates (VHE), a housing charity based in Holywood, is seeking a friendly, polite and highly motivated receptionist/administrator on a temporary basis. We are looking for someone who has excellent personal skills and can truly build relationships with clients and customers whilst delivering front of house operations with control and confidence.
Due to a recent restructure, and under the leadership of a new Board of Trustees, this position represents an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer service, preferably within a Property, Estate Agency or Housing environment, to really make their mark on this dynamic organisation.
We are looking for a confident professional with a ‘can do’ attitude who has the ability to deal effectively with a range of front of house tasks and has a flexible and organised approach. The successful applicant will be part of a small team and will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the office, as well as providing support to the Finance and Housing Teams and the CEO.
They will also provide a front of house presence and an efficient reception service meeting and greeting guests whilst also managing a variety of administrative tasks including response to maintenance queries, requests and call outs as and when required. No two days are the same.
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate either at least 12 months’ experience working in an administrative support role in the last 5 years or in a reception/front of house environment within the last 5 years.
