Wheatfield Short Break Service was established in 1999 as the Crescent Short Break Service. The Service is a 5 bed purpose built property. Wheatfield Short Break Service provides short break support to adults with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autistic spectrum condition to provide them with opportunities to lead fuller and more valued lives and participate meaningfully as part of the wider community.
