We are seeking a Team Leader to join our DISH Service based on the Upper Suffolk Road in Belfast Driving licence and 2 years paid health and social care experience is essential criteria

What It Takes:


An important part of the staff role is to support our service users who have complex needs and help them to manage their emotions.


So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.


Our dedicated staff team support our service users to learn and develop their independence skills which includes tasks such as shopping, cleaning their flat, personal care, accessing the community, budgeting, taking medication. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our service users with day to day life.



Where You Would Work:   D.I.S.H service, 64,Upper Suffolk Road, Belfast


As part of the staff team at Upper Suffolk, you will be working together with adults with a variety of Mental Health needs to live as independently as possible within the community. Our 16 service users at Upper Suffolk are mostly independent and receive varied support to encourage the continued development of this independence.


Support levels are tailored to the specific needs of the individual. This may include cooking and cleaning support, financial management, support with medications and attending medical appointments, and support in accessing nearby community services.

Team Leader

Full Time Contract Available

*£24,450 - £27,654 





*Salary based on 39 hours per week. Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
