Supporter Care Officer

The Supporter Care Team is responsible for processing all fundraising income and delivering administrative support for all income generating activities.

As a key member of this small, highly effective team, the Supporter Care Officer is responsible for leading on the administration of a number of key income areas and providing excellent supporter care.

Flexibility within the role and team is required, given the team’s broad scope and often shifting priorities.

A highly organised and personable individual who can deal effectively with the public and NICHS supporters, particularly by telephone and written communications.  The role is ultimately contributing to the care and prevention of chest, heart and stroke illness.

Training will be provided on the NICHS database, Raiser’s Edge, Direct Debits and other key areas.
