We have opportunities at our Crescent Supported Living Service where we support people in Dunmurry, Finaghy and North Belfast.

Support Workers and Relief Support Workers
Range of contracts from 16 to 39 hours per week
Varied shift pattern to include evenings, waking nights and weekends 

What we expect of you:

• To provide people with the individual support they need in the morning, afternoon and at night time
• To support people to live in their own homes and to be a part of their local community

All we need you to have is at least 6 months' experience providing care or support for someone (paid or unpaid).
