Support Worker / Relief Support Worker - Mid Ulster

We have opportunities in our Mid Ulster Supported Living Service covering Cookstown, Dungannon and Magherafelt:
Support Workers
Full and part time hours available
Relief Support Workers
Hours allocated on an as and when required basis
All vacancies consist of varied shift patterns which could include evenings, weekends, waking nights and sleepovers. Shift patterns can be discussed further at interview
Essential
- Experience providing care or support for someone*
- Basic IT skills such as accessing email
- A full driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes** to transport people supported OR A full valid driving licence** in order to meet the requirement to drive service cars (ie 2 years' experience)
* This does not need to be formal experience and is not limited to experience supporting someone with a learning disability. This criteria is met if the applicant can demonstrate experience such as caring or supporting a child, family member or friend, volunteering or completing a work placement which included care or support.
** Consideration will be given to those applicants unable to meet this criteria due to disability
