Full-time and Part-time Support Workers Various Hours required across our Bangor Co Down services

 

We are looking for people with a ‘can-do’ attitude who are strongly motivated, outgoing, caring and have a calm demeanor when needed. You will be working as part of a team to help the tenants with behaviour support, personal care, washing, dressing, doing their housework, cooking, banking, attending appointments, shopping, attending work or day opportunities, cooking, accompanying to appointments and socialising.

We have a range of full and part time hours on a permanent basis and in addition are looking for candidates who can do waking nights specifically, this will include full personal care overnight as and when required for a total of 3-4 nights per week. 

You need to have experience working in the care sector with people with autism and/or who have behaviours that challenge.  You will be supported by specialist bespoke training in advance to fully meet the needs of the individual.
