Full Time, 35 hours Support Worker - Floating Support team

The successful candidate will be required to support individuals with physical disabilities in a range of practical support issues in areas such as housing, benefits and budgeting. The successful candidate must be highly motivated with experience of supporting people to live independently.

Driving is desirable also with access to your own transport
