This role includes providing a listening ear to support people affected by MS as well as signposting to services within the MS Society and the local community. We will be providing training for the role in Maghera on Tuesday 22nd October. The group are in the process of re-establishing a voluntary co-ordinating team to support local people. If you would like to be part of this team please get in touch.

You would be expected to volunteer approximately 2 hours per week in the local community. We would like you to attend local events. In addition to this you will be invited to attend volunteer forums which bring together volunteers from across Northern Ireland.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a large charity and develop your existing skills and learn new ones. We need you to get involved and help make positive changes to the lives of people affected by MS.
