Support Group Coordinator

Main purpose of job:

• To coordinate the recruitment processes of Volunteers, liaising with other departments as required.

• To be the primary contact for Autism NI Support Group network.

• Provide support to Autism NI new and existing Support Groups as appropriate, developing identified areas of need.

• To coordinate the recording and monitoring of outcomes and impact of the support group network.

• To implement and monitor plans to help support families affected by autism, utilising our Helpline and Support Group data.

• To implement the agreed strategic focus for the network.

• To develop and implement an integrated PR/Fundraising/Finance strategy for the network.

• To implement and regularly monitor the network’s compliance with the regulations set out in the Autism NI Group Handbook.

• Develop and maintain best practice models of volunteering
