Strengthening Families Site Support Worker (SF-SW-12/18)

The Support Worker will be responsible for onsite programme support which will include the managing of disclosures, providing support and onward referrals and regular updates for referral agencies. The Support Worker will provide life skills facilitation as and when needed and will be required to be on site for the full 14 weeks per programme for all Strengthening Families programmes that run during the contract period.

The Support worker will provide effective and efficient programme support to the Strengthening Families co-ordinator and will develop and maintain appropriate administrative systems while also providing the first point of contact for service referrals to the Strengthening Families Programme.

Strengthening Families is provided with the Belfast & Southern Trust area and has strong partnerships with other services delivering treatment; training and community services to people that need support in this area.
