Southern Area Hospice Services (SAHS) provides a range of high-quality Specialist Palliative Care Services to patients and their families living within the Southern Health Trust Area.
Applicants must currently be on Part 1 or 12 of the Adult Nursing / NMC register, have excellent standards of nursing care and clinical skills and be able to work as part of a team. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to provide vital emotional support to patients and their relatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to support patients and families living locally at a time when they need us most.
