Bolster Community are seeking to recruit a proactive, committed, digitally savvy and autonomous individual with the skills to make a tangible impact on income generation.

We have ambitious plans for our social enterprise. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the development, management and promotion of an ambitious social enterprise and related projects in line with the vision and mission of Bolster Community. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Developing and implementing a creative sales & marketing strategy focused on sales of quality products through effective e-commerce retail and relationship building.  

 

  • Line management responsibility for social enterprise staff. 

  • Lead on all aspects of relationship management; maintaining and building relations with sponsors, corporate partners and new clients. 

  • Strengthening & growing sales to include corporate, personal and e-commerce platforms.  

  • Achieving pre-set income growth against KPI targets. 

  • Responsible for governance, health and safety, safe systems, and working practice within our social enterprise.
