To manage all aspects of work within a charity shop, with particular attention to customer care, staff supervision & training, sorting, pricing & displaying donated goods, while promoting the work & ethos of Blythswood Ireland Limited.
Also responsible for recruiting, managing and developing volunteers. It would be preferable to have knowledge of the Government's Gift Aid scheme.
