Kinship Care NI are recruiting sessional workers to work alongside staff and volunteers to develop and deliver programmes and activities to children and young people in kinship care.
£10.00 per hour (as and when required)
Based in Derry/Londonderry
- A minimum of 4 GCSE's grade C or above.
- Experience working with children and young people either in a paid or voluntary capacity.
- Experience identifying and assessing need and risk in relation to supporting children with their social, emotional, health and/or educational development.
- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity towards difficulties faced by children and young people in kinship care.
- IT skills.
- A current driving licence with access to a car. (Can be waived in the case of applicant whose disability prohibits driving, but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements).
