Service Manager - Bangor

You will be responsible for the smooth operation of this service by undertaking agreed management tasks. In addition to this you may need to cover the odd shift in case of emergency. This will require you to do some front line support work with the individuals we support. Furthermore, you will need to act as a role model, representing the service positively and demonstrating good practice to other members of the team.

Please note, as a necessary requirement for this position, we ask that the successful candidate has a full and valid UK drivers licence and has full access to a vehicle in which they can use for work. 

To be considered for this role, experience within the care sector with people with autism and/or who have behaviours that challenge is required. You should have experience leading and developing teams and be competent in using IT.
