Positive Futures is Northern Ireland's leading learning disability, acquired brain injury and autistic spectrum condition charity. We currently employ over 600 people throughout the island of Ireland.

The Lakeland Supported Living Service supports 8 individuals. With new referrals we are growing and looking for:

Service Administrator

32.5 hours per week

Temporary contract for maternity cover

The Service Administrator will assist in the administration and coordination of the supported living service.

We can give you:

  • Holiday allowance up to 31 days per year pro rata

What we need you to have:

  • A minimum of 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including English and Mathematics
  • A minimum OCR / RSA Word Processing Stage 2 (or equivalent), OR Typing speed of 50-55wpm
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience of which at least 12 months is experience of managing the administration of a busy office
