Due to an exciting period of organisational growth, we have the following vacancies at our Windermere Supported Living Service in Lisburn:

Senior Support Worker

30 hours per week *

Varied shift patterns to include evening weekends and night time support.

* we may consider part time contracts to fulfil the hours

Essential Criteria

• At least 2 years' experience of supporting people within a social care setting 
• Experience of: -assessment, development and implementation of Person Centred Care / Support Plans -using behaviour management strategies -assessing/managing risk 
• A full valid driving licence in order to meet the requirement to drive our service cars*.

* (Consideration will be given to those candidates unable to meet this criteria due to a disability.)
