We have the following vacancies at our Windermere Supported Living Service in Lisburn

Senior Support Workers

37.5 hours per week

£16, 320 - £18, 360 per annum

You will

• Support people to live the lives they want in their own homes

• Work in a team to deliver support on a 24 hour shift schedule

• take part in Person Centred Supervision and Appraisal with Line Manager and carry these out with Support Workers.

• take responsibility as “Shift Leader” offering advice / guidance to other staff as required.

You will have

• At least 2 years’ experience of supporting people within a social care setting

• A full, valid driving licence (to meet requirements of driving Motability cars)*

• Experience of:

-assessment, development and implementation of Person Centred Care / Support Plans

-using behaviour management strategies

-assessing/managing risk
