Senior Support Workers, Belfast

The Crescent Supported Living Service supports 11 individuals and with new referrals we are growing.  We are looking for:
 

Senior Support Workers x4
Based in Belfast
37.5 hours/week (varied shifts to include evenings and weekends)
Salary of up to £19,909

The Senior Support Workers will support people to develop their skills and confidence so as to have a good life in their community.

What we need you to have:

• At least 2 years' experience of supporting people within a social care setting
• Experience of:

o assessment, development and implementation of Person Centred Care / Support Plans
o using behaviour management strategies
o assessing/managing risk
