Senior Co-ordinator - Community Family Support Programme - (Derry City & Strabane)

An exciting job opportunity has arisen to make a positive contribution to supporting individuals into education, training and employment.

You will be required to supervise and co-ordinate the work of a small team based in Strabane and Derry that are responsible for supporting individuals address health, social and economic concerns with the aim of gaining employment.  You should possess excellent oral and written communication skills; be results driven and demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery and continuous improvement. You will also support the design and delivery of Level 1 and non-accredited training qualifications, workshops in personal development and career skills which demonstrate positive outcomes.

You will be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Health, Social Care, Family Support, Social Work or relevant discipline, in addition to a minimum Level 3 in Team Leading or Management (or equivalent).  A proven track record in the motivation and development of staff with a results orientated and collaborative approach necessary.  Skilled in the use of Microsoft office packages and in the analyses and interpretation of statistics, is essential, as is the possession of a current driving licence.

As Senior Co-ordinator you will also be responsible for supporting the Co-ordinators and teams in our Fermanagh and Omagh; Causeway Coast and Glens District Council areas, in addition to working with the funders; partners and other CFSP providers, including being the lead on self-evaluation and quality frameworks for the programme.
