Senior Asset Officer
Radius Housing
Based at: Radius Housing, 38-52 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6AA
Reference: SAO.AM.02
Hours: 37 hours per week
Essential Criteria:
- Level six qualifications in an Estate Management/ Building Surveying/ Construction/Engineering related discipline and 3 years' practical experience of administering maintenance contracts and the full range property maintenance tasks. OR A minimum of 5 years' practical experience of administering maintenance contracts and the full range property maintenance tasks and 5 GCSE's (minimum Grade C) or equivalent to include English and Maths
- Demonstrate experience of contract management and knowledge of the NEC3 forms of contract.
- Experience of public procurement policies and procedures.
- Experience and sound business knowledge of the planned maintenance of large buildings and/or housing estates.
- Application of Measured Term Contract for maintenance
- Valid driving license with access to a vehicle to meet the mobility requirements of the post
