Senior Administrator Ref: 19-165-SAD-WBLO-WEB
The Cedar foundation deliver a range of services centred around the individual needs of each person and enabling people with disabilities to get the most out of life and to be fully included in their communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support at West Belfast Living Options, a Supported Living Scheme for Service users with learning disabilities.
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Salary: 3 point incremental scale starting on £20,344 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Location: West Belfast Supported Living Services
Essential criteria:
GCSE English & Math Grade A-C or equivalent
NVQ 3 Business Administration or other relevant qualification at this level
1 years’ experience in an administration environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
An appreciation of the needs of people who have disabilities
Full and current driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes (consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence)
