Scheme Manager

Home-Start Lisburn/Colin wishes to recruit a Scheme Manager who is committed to the development and delivery of a high quality family support service in the Lisburn/Colin area.

The Scheme Manager will:-

·         Report to and support the Board of Trustees to ensure the strategic management, development and future funding of the scheme.

·         Manage the operational work and deploy the scheme’s financial and staffing resources in the most effective way.

·         Prepare funding applications.

·         Lead the staff team, ensuring all employees receive effective supervision, direction and development.

·         Ensure effective administration, monitoring and financial systems are in place.

·         Ensure all Home-Start policies and procedures are implemented and reviewed.

·         Maintain an overview of all work with families within the scheme ensuring excellent support and safeguarding practice in all areas.

·         Contribute to the development of the Home-Start network locally, regionally and nationally.

This is a part time post – 18/20 hours per week (Flexible)

Salary £14.38 - £15.33 per hour (£27,741 to £29,577pa pro rata)
