About the roles

At Clanmil, our tenants and residents are at the heart of what we do, and we want to provide more great homes for families that need them.  As a valued member of our Assets team you would be delivering a customer focused service to those tenants as well as meeting targets, ensuring compliance and safety and delivering value for money for the Group’s asset management. 

We’re currently looking for Response Assets Officers and a Senior Response Assets Officer to join our talented Assets team.  All three positions are based in Belfast, 37 hours per week and we can offer you a competitive benefits and reward package which includes generous annual leave, , healthcare, pension contributions and an award-winning work-life balance package. 

 

The role

Our Response Assets Officer will support and assist the Response Maintenance team including actioning and monitoring repair requests, identifying works required and issuing works orders, appraising contractor performance and carrying out void inspections. 

 

About you

We’re seeking strong candidates who can demonstrate a commitment to providing customer focused service and has previous experience in contract management including supervision of contracts. You will have practical experience of delivering a front facing customer focused service and be able to travel to carry out the requirements of the post without the reliance on public transport.

 

If you’re proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, can organise and prioritise a varied workload and work on your own initiative with limited supervision, we would love to hear from you!

 

You will have two years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction / facilities / maintenance environment AND a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant building/construction environment.  However, exceptional candidates who do not hold a third level qualification but have five years’ experience (within the last seven years) within a construction/ facilities/maintenance environment may also apply.
