Supporting young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the local area achieve their full potential is a vital part of our work. As a Residential Worker, you will be working in our Rossorry Grove Supported Accommodation service with up to 13 young people supporting them in managing their day to day lives and accessing specialist services to deal with issues of a specific nature.

What will you need?
NVQ Level 3 or above in youth work or social care related qualification
Experience of working with vulnerable young people
NISCC Registration or the willingness to register
Access to a car and a driving licence. The job requires the ability to travel according to the needs of the job, with reasonable adjustments, if required, according to the Equality Act
IT literacy
Demonstrate a willingness to engage in all associated training and learning related to the role
The ability to work as part of a team and engage in a 24/7 rota that will include, evenings, nights and weekend work.
