Relief Support Workers - Omagh

 We are looking for caring and active individuals to join our team as a Relief Support Worker in Omagh. If you’re passionate about your community, and the welfare of local people this role is ideal for you.

The tenants in our services in Omagh are looking for a team of support workers who will support them with these support needs as well as settling in to their new homes, accessing their community and maintain relationships with their family and friends.

You will be working as part of a team based at the service to support the tenants to look after themselves and their home, the level of support provided will vary depending on each individual’s needs.

Experience within the care sector is an advantage but not essential as we will give you all the training needed to be able to start your new and rewarding career. Your shifts will cover mornings, evenings, and sleep-ins/waking nights including bank holidays as part of a rota. 

These roles require you to be motivated, have excellent communication skills as well as proven experience of working effectively within a team.
