Regional YMCA Director (Greater Craigavon Area)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To oversee, manage and develop the work of  Lurgan YMCA including providing supervision of staff and volunteers involved in the youth work programmes, and its operational objectives.

2. To provide line management support to the Portadown YMCA Youth Worker in charge

3. To provide leadership for  the strategic development of the YMCA in the region in line with YMCA’s strategic plan and in line with the organisation’s Christian value base and ethos; to undertake strategic analysis of the internal and external environment, including the assessment of stakeholder interests and needs.

4. To coordinate a shared regional approach to statutory funding including but not limited to EA and Health Trust funding
