PT Youth Worker - 4 hours per week (temporary contract up to the end of March 2020

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the post holder will be responsible for the following: -
- To deliver high quality innovate activities and programs targeting disengaged young people especially those in areas of social deprivation and young people facing social exclusion in the Colin and surrounding areas.
- To assist in the development of all relevant health and safety protocols and procedures for all activities on offer.
- To ensure that all equipment used is maintained to a high standard that conforms to relevant health and safety criteria.
- To ensure that health and safety systems and procedures for all activities are adhered to by all participants and staff and that equipment is correctly used, stored and maintained.
- To assist in the collation, recording and analysis of all records, reports and statistics in relation to the programme’s work with young people.
- To ensure all appropriate administration is carried out satisfactorily in relation to your employment and for activities and events for which you have a devolved responsibility.
- To maintain records and produce reports for all relevant bodies including the funder and the management of Colin Glen Trust.
- To undertake any other duties required by Management of the Colin Glen Trust.

The successful candidate is required to work one evening per week from 7pm to 11pm, this is a temporary contract funded until the end of March 2020. There is a possibility of an extension if further funding is secured.
