Project Worker- EISS Maternity Cover

The Early Intervention Support  Service ( EISS) seeks to de-escalate issues of concern, achieve sustainable change, promote capability and capacity within families to problem solve difficulties they are or may experience in the future and divert them from interventions by Statutory Services using the combined expertise of partner and participating organisations.

The post holder will provide practical home/community based supports to include basic household activities, family management support, mentoring, behavioural approaches, routines, boundaries and budgeting.  The post holder ensures interventions are delivered according to the outcomes plan working with 12 cases for up to 12 weeks.
