We work together with people living with mental ill health, intellectual disability, autism and addictions to ensure they live with dignity and realise their full potential.

We are currently looking for a caring and motivating Project Worker to join our South Eastern Floating Support/Family Support service.

Ref: IM-PW-21-21
30 hours per week

Contract: 2 years

Salary: £15,658.95 - £17,679.96 pro rata per annum

The people that use our services need your help by actively promoting independence and implementing Recovery using an optimistic and resilient person centred, solution focused approach. Supporting clients to feel secure in their homes and families. To ensure the people we support can access resources in their communities, and are encouraged to take part in a wide range of activities. Does this sound like something you can support us with?
