PROJECT MANAGER - NORTHERN IRELAND RAPE CRISIS SERVICE

Job Summary:
The Manger will be responsible for the development, co-ordination and delivery of a Rape Crisis service for Northern Ireland. The post holder will ensure the growth and sustainability of the service through the provision of a professional, safe, high quality and culturally appropriate service for all victims/survivors of sexual violence.
Role Description:
To be responsible for the management, development and co-ordination of the Northern Ireland Rape Crisis Service
Management of service delivery, including the provision of:
* Services and support to survivors of sexual violence
* Prevention and campaigning work
* Work with Women’s Centres and other agencies to improve service responses to survivors of sexual violence
Provide sound financial planning and management, including funding applications to ensure sustainability of the service and delivery on agreed and future plans
Establish and develop NIRC’s role and reputation in the field of service provision for survivors
Prepare and implement annual business/operational plans and systems to effectively monitor and evaluate progress and standard of services
Ensure excellent working relationships and referral pathways, links and protocols with Women’s Centres, partner organisations, voluntary, statutory, health, criminal justice agencies and national organisations working to combat sexual violence
