The post holder will be responsible for managing the delivery of the Appreciative Inquiry process as it moves toward the design and implementation phase, and supporting the associated structures of Healthy North Belfast Task Group and project streams.
Job Title: Project Manager – Appreciative Inquiry
Duration: Contract is until 31st March 2021 (in the first instance with possible extension subject to funding. Secondment opportunity subject to candidate securing approval from current employer)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,507.00 per annum
Responsible to: Head of Health & Wellbeing
Location: North Belfast
Essential Criteria
- 3rd level degree or equivalent
- Minimum of three years’ project management experience, at a strategic level
- Experience of report writing
- Experience of multi -agency work
- Evidence of high standard of oral and written communications skills
- Ability to collect and collate diverse sources of data and prepare accurate analysis and briefings
- Experience of database management to include extraction and interrogation and reporting writing
- A high level of computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software packages (e.g. Microsoft office) is required.
