Project Development Officer

The post-holder will play a vital part in supporting the organisation to deliver our ‘Virtual & Augmented Reality’ initiative, which will enable BIP to engage with interface communities in Planning for Change/Planning the Future. Working under the direction of the Strategic Director, the post holder will be responsible, on a day to day basis, for supporting a ‘Pilot’ inter-community interface area cluster partnership within Belfast and support the building of capacity to vision change. Using VR & Augmented Reality to see beyond walls and barriers. This will involve using innovative  technology and software as well as participating in lived experience and storytelling workshops. She/He will be expected to maintain high quality standards in all aspects of the role and to advise the Strategic Director of any necessary changes required in order to maintain best practice in this area.
