To lead and manage our 'Youth Support Programme', a peace building, personal development and employability programme.
This challenging role will require the succesful recruitment and engagement of young people aged 16-25 years not in education, training or employment.
It will involve co-ordinating a small staff team and volunteers, the development and delivery of appropriate training and partnership working with a range of statutory, community and voluntary sector organisations.
This post is a fixed term contract for 21 months, subject to a 3 month probation period and subject to funding.
