Liberty Consortium @ the Playtrail (Derry), through funding from National Lottery Community Fund NI (4 years), are expanding our range of services & opportunities for young people with disabilities and autism through our new 'Ready Steady Go' project.

Liberty Consortium are opening their 1st Charity Shop within Northside Village Centre, through funding from National Lottery Community Fund NI (4 years), to further expand our range of services & opportunities for young people with disabilities and autism through our new ‘Ready Steady Go’ Programme.

We are looking to recruit a Programme Co-ordinator, working 30 hours per week, including occasional Saturday cover, to lead a staff team to include paid support staff working alongside volunteers with learning disabilities and autism. Relevant Project Management experience is essential and previous programme development experience would be advantageous.  The successful candidate will have experience in meeting funding outcomes and working to deadlines. Excellent people supervisory/management and communication skills are essential. Experience in recruiting and working with volunteers and young people is essential.

  • 30 hours per week
  • Fixed term contract for 4 years (funded by the National Lottery Community Fund)
  • £21,599 per annum (£26,999 FTE)
