An exciting job opportunity has arisen to make a positive contribution to supporting individuals into education, training and employment.

The Community Family Support Programme (CFSP) is responsible for supporting individuals address health, social and economic concerns with the aim of gaining employment. As part of this team you will provide administrative and project assistance to the team in our Omagh office.  You will be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly word and excel; have good organisational skills and have excellent attention to detail.

You must possess a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Office Administration (or equivalent) and have 6 months prior office experience with the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will be required to engage with participants, organise appointments/ meetings, send SMS reminders, collect data and information required for enrolments and outcome based evidence.  You will input and interrogate management information systems to produce reports and statistics on the progress of the programme.  Awareness and an understanding of data protection practices and procedures and the need for confidentiality is essential.  Possession of a current driving licence is essential.
